In my life I have met many interesting and beautiful people; people who, at their very core, better the world in which we live simply by being present. People who can alter the thoughts and feelings of those around them passively and brighten the world with nothing more than a simple smile or a kind word.
And I can say from the bottom of my heart, without a shred of pretense nor a hint of fallacy that of all those wonderful, beautiful souls I have encountered, not a single one can hold a candle to the brightness that comes from you. Such is a reality as true as gravity.
No matter where the world may take you, that God-given gift to illuminate the dark, harsh world we're all a part of, a gift you hold high above you even if you have never realized it, /that/ is a part of you that never will change as the sands of time flow.
A person who does not recognize this trait in you does not deserve ever having had you shine on their life, no matter how briefly. Because when you strip away all the crap around us in day to day life, the 'dog eat dog' superiority race mankind is constantly engaged in, it should be clear to everyone how amazing you are and how lucky they are to know you.
I cannot speak for others, of course, no-- I am not so conceited to believe I could do that. Though what I do believe... what I /know/ is that few people in our generation have known the multitudes of people that I have in my life and because of that I can say what I have with the utmost honesty, for you truly are the most beautiful person I have ever met, inside and out.
Whatever may happen in your life just know that, at the very least, you will always be appreciated here, and you will always be loved, Samantha.
Bad shit happens to us all, but I hope more people can realize that without you the world would be a whole lot darker. That, that is the way of the world.
